NOTICE OF ANNUAL REGULAR GENERAL ASSEMBLY
TO ALL SMPC MEMBERS:
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Assembly meeting of SILANGAN MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE (SMPC) – General Santos City Branch will be held on:
📍April 5, 2026 (Sunday); 1 to 5 pm
📍Grand Summit Hotels Honorio Arriola Street Corner Arrazada Street, Lagao, General Santos City
The AGENDA will be as follows:
(1) Call to Order
(2) Secretary’s Proof of Notice and Declaration/Consideration of Quorum
(3) Approval of the Agenda
(4) Reading, consideration, and approval of the minutes of the 2025 Annual Regular General Assembly meeting held on March 23, 30, and April 6, 2025.
(5) Matters arising from the minutes
(6) New Businesses:
 Presentation and approval of the Audited Financial Statements for the year-ended December 31, 2025.
 Presentation and approval of the following reports for the year 2025:
~ Board of Directors
~ Audit Committee
~ Election Committee
~ Cooperative Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee
~ Credit Committee
~ Education & Training Committee
~ Ethics Committee
~ Gender and Development (GAD) Committee
~ Mediation & Conciliation Committee
 Presentation and approval of 2026 Annual Plan and Budget
 Ratification of Major Board Resolutions (January – December 2025)
 Appointment of External Auditor
 Approval of Proposed Amendments to Articles of Cooperation and By-Laws
 Election of:
~ Four (4) members of the Board of Directors
~ One (1) member for Audit Committee
~ One (1) member for Election Committee

Only REGULAR MEMBERS as of December 31, 2025 with no past due account, either as PRINCIPAL BORROWER or AS CO-MAKER, as of February 28, 2026 shall be entitled to attend and vote during the said General Assemblies.
