For 12 years that I have been a member of Silangan Cooperative, I have experienced excellent services and benefits that not every cooperatives offered. The benefits they offered, for instance is the patronage refund/dividends, it made me trust the cooperative even more because it only shows how sustainable and profitable Silangan Cooperative is. The employees of Silangan coop especially their managers are truly trustworthy. During the pandemic, I had a hard time continuing my membership, but through the consideration of the managers and the cooperative itself, I stayed and even received plaque of recognition. This only shows the cooperative recognized and looks after their members. Silangan Coop deserves every recognition and awards it received throughout the years. Above all, I am really grateful that the cooperative saw my credibility as a good payer and does not let go of me as their member. I am really proud to be a member of Silangan Cooperative.

SILANGAN MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE.

Way back 2003 nagpa member ko sa Silangan Cooperative out of curiosity. Pero wa jud ko nagmahay, hinuon dako akong pasalamat nga nabisitahan ko sa amog opisina ug na kombinsi ni Ma’am Rebecca Sumalpong. Dako kaayu ang natabang sa Silangnan Cooperative sa akong pamilya tungod kay nahimo syang tulay sa pagkab-ot sa akong pangandoy nga makapunjdar ug balay. Karon nahuman na jud akong gipangandoy nga balay para sa akong pamilya, kana tungod sa tabang sa Silangan Cooperative. Ang maong katumanan sa akong pangandoy maoy bunga usab sa pagsalig sa Cooperative dinhi kanako ug sa akong pamilya isip mga miyembro niini.

Akong gipili ang Silangan Multi-Purpose Cooperative tungod kay nindut ang ilang pamalakad og daku pud ang tabang sa amoa para maka invest mi og property. Og incase nay mga emergency funds pwede ka makaduol sa Silangan Multi-Purpose Cooperative.

As member of SMPC, I observed that this cooperative was managed well because it is a growing coop for it has several branches now. SMPC really aided me in times of financial needs since additional capital is much needed for the expansion of my business. Satisfied with cooperative performance and can be relied upon for your needs and investment. The Manager and its staff were very accommodating, friendly and approachable in which it fosters a good relationship among cooperative members. Interest allocated were appropriate. Interest on Share capital and Patronage Refund were availed and enjoyed by the members. It is in this cooperative that members felt sharing on the co-ops profits, support and commitment

Silangan cooperative is one of the most supportive establishments who helped and encourage me to start and put up my old and new business. They never let me down every time I need help, advised me specially in financial aspect. All of them (Managers, staff lahat sila very supportive sa mga plano ko and they treated us their family member. Thanks to Silangan coop, long live po sana marami pa kayung matulungan.

They are very approachable and efficiently address my concerns. I commend their patience and the way they entertain their clients. I always feel welcomed every time I visit the office.

Throughout the years. They helped me financially through loan offers which helped my business to grow and profitable. In terms of assistance, I really felt their genuine purpose to help individuals to start their own businesses and careers.

In particular, I am very astounded by the services they offered. They always make sure that their clients are well-informed and oriented about the updates. One reason why I stayed this long with SMPC is that, they made me feel valued and cared by the advises and constant reminders.

Ang Silangan coop naka tabang sa akoa ug dako kay usahay dunay panahon na kulang ta ug Capital ang silangan ang nag provide niini. Unya, syempre ang silangan dili pod kayo dako ug interest so magamit nimo ang kwarta na gi hiram unya naa pa kay ginansysa.

5 years na ko miyembro sa Silangan MPC and gi-choose nako ang Silangan MPC tungod kay nindot sila ug pamaagi tapos ang mga empleyado kay approachable kaayo.

Dako gyud kaayo ug natabang sa akoa ang Silangan MPC regarding sa akong business kay dri ko nakapatukod ug apartment ug nakapatukod pod ko ug tindahan ug karon naa napod koy incoming nga hardware.
