Job Description

Assist the IT function on a day-to-day operational basis. Assist in strategic decisions on hardware and software standards, vendor arrangement, process engineering and extensive project management.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Salary: From Php11,518.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Assist to oversee the administration and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Coordinate with the branches for day-to-day operations technical support.
• Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner. 
• Assist in purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies 
• Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary
• Assist in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrasttructure
• Assist in implementing and document procedures including backup, hardware and software maintenance updating and monitoring
• Coordinate with suppliers in the terms of timely service and repair of hard wares 
• Implement network security as established by the cooperative 
• Assist in ensuring that the staff adheres to and follows all established company and department policies and procedures 

Requirements

• Graduate of a 4 year course in Information Technology, Computer Science 
• In depth knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Storage devices to include security and compliance, resource and infrastructure management and disaster recovery
• Hands-on technical experience and expertise in systems upgrades for hardware and system software applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
