Silangan Multipurpose Cooperative successfully conducted its Management Training Program (MTP) 3rd Batch, which began on August 5, 2024, and concluded with a graduation ceremony on January 13, 2025.
The program included a comprehensive 30-module classroom training designed to equip participants with advanced knowledge and skills essential for cooperative management. Additionally, participants underwent a hands-on 90 calendar days of practical training.
This extensive program aimed to develop competent and effective leaders to support the cooperative's mission and ensure sustainable growth.
The graduation ceremony was a momentous occasion, attended by distinguished members of the Board of Directors, led by Chairperson Atty. Glenn D. Polinar, as well as the cooperative’s officer, managers and staff.
This program reflects Silangan Multipurpose Cooperative’s commitment to fostering continuous professional development among its team, ensuring excellence in service delivery and organizational growth.
